I’m not big on politics and all that but I do see the usefulness in knowing how to bribe a cop. Heck, all they do is drive around town all day and take extended breakfast, lunch dinner and snack breaks.
As much as we all know that cops are suppose to be the more moral of society, the truth is they are just like you and I and Money speaks to them.
I use to work in a school district where the cops were paid off in the township by the school. (not kidding)
If students got out of hand or something bad happened in the school building, it was always brushed under the rug because students are money. As much as I hate to say it….students are a commodity.
Leave No Child Behind left a wake of irresponsible and money hungry Administrators in the majority of our schools. Rather than not leaving children behind, they just pass them through. The discipline problems are brushed under the rug because as a school, under no child left behind, the more students you have, the more money the school district gets from the government.
Isn’t that awesome? (sarcasm)
Leave No Child Behind should be called, “Let No Money Get Away”. Students with discipline problems who would be better suited for alternative educations are being brought back into schools and wrecking havoc on the regular education classroom.
If you work in a low income district! Tough shit…is pretty much what you get.
The few students that you had who are good and well behaved now leave and go to charter schools and learn online rather than stay in the public school where bad behavior runs rampant and no discipline is put in place for fear that the student will be lost from the district and along with them goes the money.
Teachers are losing jobs all over the place, but bad students are making a come back. Can you see what’s happening?
Education doesn’t matter anymore. Money matters.
So what’s this have to do with cops?
Cops, just like school districts, can be bribed.
If a student attacks a teacher and the teacher reports it to the police, the school district can “request” that the police not press charges and go so far as to say the teacher is a little whacky. Why?
It is much easier to anger a teacher than it is to anger a psycho student who takes money from the district when they leave. If the district brushes the incident under the rug, the student gets away with the horrible act and the teacher? Well the teacher still has to work there to get paid and there are other teachers that can replace that teacher and teachers with experience on higher on the salary scale so it’s actually better (monetarily) to lose the experienced teachers.
It’s a global issue:
